The McGrath Clinic is open Monday through Saturday with convenient evening hours to accommodate the needs of our patients. The clinic always has a psychiatrist on call 24 hours a day seven days a week through the answering service.
The Clinic accepts most managed care plans including Medicare, Blue Cross and Aetna. For all payments the clinic accepts personal checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. In the event of a cancellation we appreciate a 24 hour notice, and for same day cancellations there is a $25.00 fee. There are certain instances where a same day cancellation will be granted without a cancellation fee.
Records are kept using a computerized system that ensures accurate and thorough records across all clinicians. The computer system protects the patient's confidentiality and provides easy access when patients request their records.
